Alex AI Signals
Measured before it is trusted.
A private family research system. AI reads the filings and the news, every idea is followed on paper against a simple rule with no AI, and a real trade happens only as its account holder allows.
Sign-in is for family members with an account. Everything behind it is private.
What it does
-
Research that reads
AI research agents read company filings and the news, one company at a time, and write down what they found and why it matters.
-
Measured before trusted
Every idea is first followed with pretend money, at slightly worse prices than the market offered, and compared with the ideas the AI turned down and with a simple scan that uses no AI.
-
The holder decides
A live trade happens only as its account holder allows: each one approved by email with a one-time code, or placed automatically under standing rules the holder sets and can change, with the holder told afterwards.
-
Plain code executes
Orders are placed by ordinary, tested code with fixed safety limits. The AI can suggest; it can never touch an account.
How it works
Four steps, each done by the part best suited to it, and each one written down.
-
Read
AI research reads filings and news for the companies it follows and keeps a dated file of what it knows about each company, updated as new filings and news arrive.
-
Measure
Each idea is tested on past data the AI was not shown, then followed forward on paper (a practice account with pretend money: every trade recorded, none placed), against the ideas the AI turned down and a simple scan with no AI at all.
-
Approve
Only an idea that has beaten the simple no-AI scan, on past data the AI was not shown, is proposed as a real trade. Each one is then approved by its account holder by email, or goes ahead automatically under standing rules the holder sets and can change; either way, the holder is told of every trade placed.
-
Execute
Plain code checks the account’s limits once more and places the order. It is the only part that can.
Built on measurement
Nothing here is trusted because it looks clever.
The yardstick is a simple rule applied to every stock, with no AI involved. An idea the AI picks only counts if it does better than that rule on the same stocks and days the AI chose. It must do so first on past data the AI was not shown, then on new days as they happen.
An idea that stops living up to its history goes back to paper.
The label every result carries
An example of the fields, not a real result.
- History hidden from the AI
- Yes
- Versions tried, all counted
- 216
- Beat the no-AI rule on hidden history
- Yes
- Held-back years checked
- Not yet
- Forward record on paper
- 20 weeks
What it is not
- Not a fund or a service. It works only on the family’s own accounts and takes no new members.
- Not a newsletter. It publishes no picks, and nothing behind the sign-in is public.
- The AI never trades. The AI writes research; people approve each trade or set the rules for it, and code executes.
